Mina and Karen take on a massive house in the Old Southside neighborhood that has undergone some unsuccessful renovations throughout the years. They are determined to rework the entire floor plan, but their renovations are halted when they hear unexplained noises in the attic, discover a collapsing floor and uncover live termites. In order to get a payoff as big as the house, they’ll have to work through a hair-raising renovation to bring this house back to life.
